On 1 November 2017, five teams of SST students participated in the Renesas Grand Prix competition held at the Republic Polytechnic. Participants were provided with the micro-control cars and venue for practice, and our students did their own coding to modify their cars after their End-of-year exams, leading up to the competition. Despite many unsuccessful attempts at the race track, our students did SST proud by clinching the following awards:
JUNIOR Category - MCU Car Racing 1st Runners-Up
JUNIOR Category - Best MCU Car Body Design
JUNIOR Category - Most Popular Video Award
