On the 5th of August 2022, SST students from Astronomy Club and Science Talent Development Programme were given a talk by Dr . Steven Vance. A total of about 100 students were in attendance.

Europa Clipper and the Possibility of Life in Ocean Worlds
Synopsis:
We now know of many ice covered worlds in the Solar System that contain vast oceans under their surfaces. I will describe some exciting aspects of these worlds that make them very different but in some ways very similar to Earth. NASA’s Europa Clipper will investigate Jupiter’s ocean moon Europa in the 2030’s. I will describe the design and mission plans for Europa Clipper.
